Simon is a portfolio manager on the fixed income team. He leads portfolio construction and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of trading on the team. He is also a member of the investment risk management committee.

Simon holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia.
