Richard is co-head of the Investment Management Systems (IMS) team. The IMS team designs, develops, and supports research and portfolio management systems for each of the investment teams. Prior to being co-head of the IMS team, Richard led the Quantitative Equity Portfolio Management Systems group. He joined CC&L Financial Group in 2015 as a Quantitative Equity Systems Developer.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Engineering with honours from the University of Waterloo.
