Lee is the Head of Investment Management Operations and is responsible for overseeing front, mid, and back-office operations and systems. Lee was previously a Managing Director and Head of Information Systems for Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Management of Information Systems from Pacific Western University.
