Kyle is the Head of Investment Management Operations and is responsible for overseeing front, mid, and back-office operations, and systems. Kyle is also the Head of Investment Process Management, overseeing the investment process management team which is responsible for data acquisition and quantitative process management on the quantitative equity team.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and is a CFA charterholder.
