Isaac leads the infrastructure systems group within the Investment Management Systems (IMS).  He is responsible for leading the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure systems.  He joined CC&L in 2019 as a Quantitative Equity Systems Developer.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
