David is a portfolio manager and co-head of the fixed income team, responsible for the leadership of the team. He is also a director of Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. David joined the firm in 2006 as a fixed income portfolio manager. 

David holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a CFA charterholder.
