Phil is a Director of Connor, Clark & Lunn Investment Management Ltd. Phil joined CC&L Investment Management in 1993 as an analyst on the fundamental equity team and was also a portfolio manager on the team for 13 years before leading the client solution team. Prior to joining CC&L Investment Management, he worked at other Canadian asset management firms as an analyst.

Phil holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of British Columbia and is a CFA charterholder.
