I have been encouraged about the progress we have made on diversity & inclusion through our ‘Women in Leadership’ initiative. During my tenure at the firm, I have also seen changes to leadership and team structure to reflect CC&LIM’s rapid growth.

It has been surreal watching CC&LIM’s growth and evolution over the last decade. The quantitative equity team is serious about investing in its people and its technology, and as a result we are constantly expanding and improving our capabilities.

Performing research as part of a motivated and positive team has been incredibly enriching. I attribute much of my personal growth to the collaborative environment cultivated by my colleagues and the leadership of CC&LIM. One thing I appreciate is that each day is different than the last – bringing new challenges, new data, and new insights into equity markets.

I have both experienced and seen in others a lot of growth during my time at the firm.
