Simon is a portfolio manager on the fixed income team. He leads portfolio construction and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of trading on the team. He is also on the investment risk management committee.

Simon holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, WI, U.S.A., and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia.
